Refund / Exchange Policies

No exchange or refund on all CibaVision and Wesley Jessen products unless it was our error. Therefore, please carefully choose the lenses that you are already wearing successfully and have a valid prescription for. |

| 2) |
No refund and exchange on all toric and bifocal lenses as they are custom made lenses. |
|
| 3) |
No refund and exchange on opened / marked boxes or vials. |
|
| 4) |
We do not exchange or refund for color; nor do we exchange or refund your lenses just because you have a new prescription. Therefore, please order contact lenses that you are already wearing successfully with the correct prescriptions. |

| 5) |
Any returns or refunds that are not the fault of SmartView Contacts or not due to product defects are subjected to a $5.00 USD handling charge. |

In case of defective lenses or shipping defects
We guarantee that all our contact lenses are factory sealed and free of defects. Within 10 days of receipt, if you suspect that your lens/lenses are somehow defective or have shipping defects, please follow the steps below:

Call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). |
|
| 2) |
Return the suspected defective lenses in the original product packaging (i.e. contact lens vial) to us for inspection together with:
a) The Return Authorization Number (RAN)
b) A photocopy of your valid prescription
c) The original invoice
*After a RAN is issued, the product(s) must be returned within 2 weeks.
We are not able to refund for defective lenses; however, we will provide you with replacement lenses if your lenses are determined defective by the manufacturer.
